As a female chiropractor in Jackson, MI, Dr. Ann understands all the daily stress of being a mother, a wife, and holding a full-time job.  Juggling all of life's tasks and trying to stay in balance can be a challenge.  Dr. Ann has a special understanding and appreciation for a woman's health. 

Being a mother and a chiropractor, Dr. Ann understands the changes that happen from conception through birth.  Correct spinal and pelvic alignment are vital to pregnancy and post birth for both the mother and the child. 

Since opening Schonhard Chiropractic in 1993, Dr. Ann has seen the dramatic results of chiropractic care by helping women with premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and easing their symptoms of painful periods (dysmenorrhoea).

With her gentle chiropractic techniques, she treats the elderly on a daily basis, keeping them active and improving their quality of life with chiropractic. 

Everyday in her Jackson office, Dr. Ann treats common conditions such as headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, low back pain, sciatic nerve pain, and back/rib pain.
